Please complete the course prior to this date to receive your certificate.
This course is meant for the staff person responsible for or anticipating being responsible for Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement in the LTC arena. It also provides a working knowledge of QAPI for staff interested in QAPI but not responsible. It provides the history of QA and PI and how they came to work together. The student participating in this course will be able to develop a QAPI plan and have the skill sets to implement a QAPI program that includes all departments and meets the SNF regulations found in Appendix PP.
Requirements:
Participants must view all twelve webinars.
Participants must pass all 12 post-tests with 80% or better and complete/submit an overall evaluation.
In addition, the participants of the enduring program must submit all assignments and they must be accepted. Enduring program must be completed prior to June 16th, 2027

Upon completion a certificate of QA&A / Quality Assurance and Process Improvement
QAPI) Certificate of Mastery Course will be awarded with appropriate contact hours. Participants may then take the certification exam if desired.
