Recertification for the CALN is every 3 years. Requirement: 1000 employed hours in LTC over the past 3 years and 50 contact hours – 25 of the contact hours need to reflect Assisted Living Issues and Regulations (20 CE’s need to be ANCC Accredited) Your recertification renewal will be due on the last day of the month you originally became certified. For Example: if you became certified January 1st, 2019, you will have until January 31, 2022 to renew your certification. Please keep in mind your certification does not warrant membership!
