When you step into the role of DON there is a lot waiting for you. You have to learn your way around the facility; you need to meet your staff and other leaders. Then there is a concern, and you don’t know where anything is or who to call or what the policy is etc. This presentation will review the first 4 weeks of being in a new facility or in the new role of DON. Join us as we walk through those weeks and review different tasks and areas that you need to become familiar with to make you successful.
