Antibiotic Stewardship Certificate of Mastery Program (ASCOM-10)
The ASCOM Program is a Certificate of Mastery Program that yields an official certificate and 6 live or 10.0 enduring contact hours for nurses. The program is a prerequisite to be eligible to sit for the NADONA Antibiotic Stewardship Specialist Board Certification. The ASCOM Program is designed to cover in-depth details of a comprehensive Antibiotic Stewardship program.
The ASCOM Program is offered online with 6 sessions and a 1 day in-person site training. Please call Cindy Fronning to discuss an in-person training. Courses are available at any time online and contain 6 sessions which include webinars and quizzes and homework. A Certificate of Mastery is awarded at the time of completion but no credentials or designations. In order to earn a credential/designation, healthcare professionals must sit for the official ASCOM board certification (AS-BC).
