Nancy Propes is a founding member of NADONA. She has been in multiple leadership positions both professionally and personally.

Nancy has dedicated her career to Long Term Care and Geriatrics and is now serving NADONALTC in a leadership position as Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Nancy is currently employed part time as the Medicaid Nurse Aide Auditor for the state of KY. She is the President of the KY Chapter of NADONA and past president. She has organized and presented in many  conferences for her stateNancy stays involved in LTC as a Board Member of the Eastern Star Home in KY. This facility Has been deficiency free for over 10 years. She has chaired many committees including the search committee for Administrator and DON.
