This 4-part webinar series with NADONA will explore the updated surveyor guidance for Phases 2 and 3 of the Rules of Participation, covering numerous F-Tags. You’ll gain detailed insight into the requirements and next steps in preparation for the implementation on October 24, 2022.

In this webinar, we will share new clarifications, definitions, and guidance on the disposal of fentanyl patches as well as unnecessary drugs and psychotropic medications. We will also discuss infection prevention, including guidance on the IP role, facility infection prevention plans, and the antibiotic stewardship program. In addition, we will share the appropriate roles of alternate physician practitioners.
