As if facing the stress of surveys was not enough, receiving a deficiency on the survey can make anyone queasy. In this workshop,we will walk through the post-survey process and discuss best practices to reduce risk and improve the likelihood of success during an Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR) or appeal of the citation. We will also share tips and provide hands-on training on how to craft the POC response, how to effectively manage staff time and workflow, and how to ultimately minimize the impact of the deficiency.
