This year we are planning on hosting 130 exhibits and 350, Director, Assistant Directors of Nursing and their staff.  Some of the topics we have confirmed are:  Unnecessary Meds, How to Manage Your ABC’s – Acuities, Budget & Census, MDS 3.0, Documentation/Malpractice, Performance Appraisals, Behavior Management, Case Mix, Injuries/Ergonomics, Electronic Medical Records, New Infection Control Guidelines and F Tag 441 and many more topics.  We are also having George Hebert, from the Board of Nursing, to speak on Reporting Guidelines, Scope of Practice for RN’s & LPN’s.  A panel discussion is also planned with a representative from the Ombudsman’s Office, OSHA, DOH & The Board of Nursing.
